Cancellations
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Directions:
The hotel is 11 miles from centre of London and accessible by road or underground (Osterley Station, Piccadilly Line), 2 and a half miles from the M4 and junction 3, 7 miles from the M25 and junction 14.

From Heathrow Airport (10 minute drive):
- Join the A4 and follow signs for the A4 central London.
- At the 1st and 2nd roundabouts proceed straight on.
- 100 yards from the 2nd roundabout bear left for the A4, central London.
- Continue through the 1st traffic lights and the Master Robert Hotel is situated on the left by a 2nd set of traffic lights.

By underground:
- Take the Piccadilly line to Osterley Station.

From Gatwick Airport by train:
- Take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station.
- Head to Chiswick Park with the District Line and from here to Osterley Station with the Piccadilly Line.

From Luton Airport by train:
- Take the Intercity to King's Cross St. Pancras.
- Take the underground Victoria Line to Victoria Station.
- Continue as above.

From Stansted Airport by train:
- Take the Fast Train to Liverpool Street Station.
- Take the underground (Circle Line) to Edgware Road.
- Head for Chiswick Park with the District Line, then to Osterley Station with the Piccadilly Line.
